The ServeBot first became available in South Korea and will soon be introduced in important markets across North America and Asia. 

The design of the LG CLOi MISTER Robot has earned global praise, winning awards like the Red Dot Design Award 2024 and the iF Design Award 2024. The ServeBot's interior has four compartments, each capable of carrying up to 30 kilograms (about 66 pounds). This means the robot can make multiple deliveries or collections in one trip. It can easily store and transport a variety of items, such as up to 32 standard-sized coffee cups at once, thanks to its adjustable shelving that can be customized to fit different item sizes.

The LG CLOi MISTER Robot is particularly suited for indoor use in places like hotels and hospitals. It can even use elevators to move between floors. The robot has six wheels with independent suspension, allowing it to travel smoothly over uneven surfaces without spilling items like beverages. For added convenience, the robot's doors can be programmed to open and close automatically while it's working. It’s smart enough to know when a delivery has been completed, using camera sensors inside its compartments to detect if items have been removed. An AI algorithm helps the robot navigate safely around obstacles, find the best route to its destination, and communicate with up to 20 other ServeBots to work together efficiently and avoid collisions.

The LG CLOi MISTER Robot also features a 10.1-inch screen on the front, which can be used for mobile advertising. Content for this screen can be easily uploaded through the LG CLOi Station, which is accessible via mobile or web, or through a CMS mobile app. Additionally, the robot can guide customers to specific locations and provide voice assistance for visually impaired users. You can monitor the robot's status in real-time using the LG CLOi Station, which also allows you to page the robot or schedule tasks.
