ADVANCE PAYMENT POLICY

Our company specializes in importing branded items on demand to cater to our customers' specific needs. To ensure a seamless and committed transaction process, we have the following advance payment policy:

  • Orders up to PKR 40,000:  A nominal advance payment is required of PKR 1000.
  • Orders between PKR 50,000 and PKR 100,000: A nominal advance payment of 5% of the order value is required.
  • Orders above PKR 100,000: A 30% advance payment is required at the time of placing the order. The remaining 70% must be paid in full either:
    • At the time of shipping the order, or
    • Upon customer pickup from our office address.

Please note that Cash on Delivery (COD) services are not available for orders above PKR 100,000. Full payment is required to process and ship such orders.

This policy ensures mutual engagement and a smooth transaction process, enabling us to deliver high-quality, personalized service. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

SHIPPING POLICY

At our company, we strive to ensure timely and secure delivery of your orders. Please review our shipping guidelines:

  • For Orders Below PKR 50,000: We provide at-home shipping services for your convenience.
  • For Orders Above PKR 50,000: Items will be shipped to the nearest courier location, and customers will need to pick up their orders from there.

Please note that this policy is in place to address the increasing incidents of shipment theft and payment snatching issues in Pakistan. This measure ensures the safety of your orders and payments.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING TIME

We provide 1 day shipping and handling time for products present in Pakistan warehouse. Products that are available outside Pakistan will be shipped in minimum 15 days time period.

WEEKLY HOLIDAY

Sunday is the weekly holiday in Pakistan and courier companies offer services 6 days a week. 

*Other Important Details worth mentioning in Shipping policy 

Sellers are not responsible for service transit time. This information is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and holidays.

Please note that the transit times may vary, particularly during peak periods.
