Vibration Reduction (VR) image stabilization ensures sharper handheld photos and videos and lets you use a slower shutter speed for brighter photos in low light. Three Aspherical (AS) Lens Elements nearly eliminates naturally occurring distortion and contributes to the lens' lightweight, compact design.
