Orders up to PKR 40,000: Β A nominal advance payment is required of PKR 1000.
Orders above PKR 40,000: A nominal advance payment of 10% of the order value is required.
Orders above PKR 100,000: A 30% advance payment is required at the time of placing the order. The remaining 70% must be paid in full either:
At the time of shipping the order, or
Upon customer pickup from our office address.
Please note that Cash on Delivery (COD) services are not available for orders above PKR 100,000. Full payment is required to process and ship such orders.

For Orders Below PKR 50,000: We provide at-home shipping services for your convenience.
For Orders Above PKR 50,000: Items will be shipped to the nearest courier location, and customers will need to pick up their orders from there.
Please note that this policy is in place to address the increasing incidents of shipment theft and payment snatching issues in Pakistan. This measure ensures the safety of your orders and payments.
2% Sales Tax on COD Orders
As per the Finance Act approved by the National Assembly, and under Section 7 of the Sales Tax Act, the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has implemented a uniform 2% sales tax on all Cash on Delivery (COD) transactions. This tax will be withheld and collected by courier companies on the total COD amount, in accordance with Section 33 of the Sales Tax Act.
We, as the seller, are responsible for collecting this 2% sales tax from the customer at the time of purchase and submitting it to the courier company as required by law. This tax applies to all types of products.
Please Note:
The advance amount is not refundable once the item has been shipped internationally. Customers must inform us of any cancellation within 8 hours of order confirmation. Requests received after this period will not be accepted.
If we cancel the order for any reason, the advance amount will be fully refunded.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING TIME
We provide 1 day shipping and handling time for products present in Pakistan warehouse. Products that are available outside Pakistan will be shipped in minimum 15 days time period.
WEEKLY HOLIDAY
Sunday is the weekly holiday in Pakistan and courier companies offer services 6 days a week.Β

Unboxing Video Requirement for Returns and Refunds
As part of our return and refund policy, customers must record a complete unboxing video at the time of delivery.
The video should clearly show the sealed shipping package, the flyer from all sides, and the product inside. The recording must be continuous and unedited from start to finish. Any video that is paused, cut, edited, or appears tampered with will not be accepted, and no return or refund claim will be considered in such cases.
If the shipping box or flyer is received in an opened, damaged, or tampered condition, please do not accept the delivery. Kindly reject the package at the time of delivery itself.
