The formula contains pure allulose in fine granules that dissolve easily in hot and cold beverages. It can be added to coffee, tea, shakes, smoothies and other drinks or incorporated into everyday cooking and baking recipes. The large resealable pouch contains 3 lb / 48 oz / approximately 1.36kg of sweetener.
Allulose has a taste and texture similar to table sugar but is approximately 70% as sweet, so the required amount may vary according to the recipe and personal preference. It contributes far fewer calories than ordinary sugar and is suitable for customers following low-sugar, keto-conscious or vegan lifestyles.
The product includes a measuring scoop for convenient everyday use. Its granulated texture makes it a practical pantry alternative for sweetening beverages, sauces, yoghurt, desserts, cakes, biscuits and other homemade recipes.
Add one scoop to your preferred beverage and stir until dissolved. For cooking or baking, substitute according to the sweetness required by the recipe.
Because allulose is less sweet than ordinary table sugar, begin with the required recipe quantity and gradually adjust to taste.
Keep the pouch tightly sealed in a cool, dry place away from moisture, direct sunlight and excessive heat. Always use a clean, dry scoop to prevent the granules from clumping.
Although commonly marketed and labelled as a zero-calorie sweetener, FDA guidance assigns allulose a caloric value of up to 0.4 calories per gram, which is substantially lower than ordinary sugar.
Consuming large quantities may cause digestive discomfort, including gas, bloating or nausea. Begin with a smaller quantity if you are not accustomed to allulose and consume it in moderation.
