Designed for solo musicians, singers, guitarists and content creators, this compact desktop audio interface provides one microphone preamp, one dedicated instrument input and high-quality audio conversion in an easy-to-use format.

The fourth-generation microphone preamp offers up to 57dB of gain, helping capture detailed vocal and instrument recordings with compatible microphones. A switchable 48V phantom power function supports condenser microphones that require external power.

Connect an electric guitar or bass directly to the dedicated Hi-Z instrument input, designed to provide a natural response similar to plugging into an amplifier. The interface can record at resolutions up to 24-bit/192kHz, capturing clear audio with plenty of detail for music production, voice-over work and podcast recording.

Focusrite’s redesigned Air Mode includes two selectable settings. Air Presence adds clarity and brightness, while Air Presence and Harmonic Drive introduces additional harmonic character inspired by classic studio-console sound.

The direct-monitoring function lets you hear your input signal through connected headphones with minimal distracting delay. A dedicated headphone-volume control and upgraded headphone amplifier make it easier to monitor recordings accurately while working at home or in a compact studio.

Two balanced line outputs allow connection to powered studio monitors. The Scarlett Solo is powered through USB and connects through its USB Type-C port, keeping the setup compact and suitable for portable recording. The standard package includes a USB-C to USB-A cable.

After product registration, users receive access to Focusrite’s included recording software collection, including Ableton Live Lite, Pro Tools Intro+, Cubase LE and the Hitmaker Expansion bundle.
